Ilene Grosman
No matter what age you are or where you are in life, it is important to love and reward our bodies with healthy and mindful practices.
In 2005 I completed my training and certification as a NASM personal trainer. In my 20 years of experience, I have seen people tap into a multitude of different fitness motivators. As we mature and grow, I believe that those motivators are ever changing and become more functional in nature.
I have been practicing Pilates for the last 20 years and have decided to add a Pilates certification to my professional repertoire.
In 2022 I was in a serious bicycle accident. Following the accident, it was clear that the work I had done with Pilates and training, to maintain a strong physical condition, was what resulted in a quicker and smoother recovery.
I look forward to meeting you on the reformer!
